Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to the VPNUPS marketing website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains why data is collected, how it is handled, and how it is managed. When you visit a third-party payment provider or other external service, that party's own policies also govern its handling of your data.

Account Details and Order Records

No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. VPNUPS does not require an email address for registration. If a user voluntarily provides an email address or other contact details in a support ticket, they are used only to handle that request. Account details are used for authentication, subscription delivery, and account management. Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes.

Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status, and necessary transaction identifiers. They are used to verify payments, calculate subscription entitlements, process refunds, and resolve billing disputes. Issue descriptions and screenshots submitted in support tickets help diagnose problems. Please redact personal details, passwords, and subscription links that are unrelated to the issue.

No-Logs Position and Connection Handling

VPNUPS follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit, retain browsing history, communications, or DNS query history, or create connection-log records that could be used to trace an individual's browsing activity.

Session state required to establish a connection is used only while handling that connection and is not retained as historical connection logs after it ends. Account-level data on cumulative traffic and subscription status is used to measure and deliver the service, and does not include browsing destinations. Diagnostic data is limited to operational error information needed to resolve issues and should not include users' browsing content. Users should not submit complete browsing histories in support tickets.

Usage Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help assess page visits, referral sources, and button usage so that content and workflows can be improved. Analytics are limited to usage events on the marketing website and panel entry points; they are not used to track browsing activity over subscription connections. Passwords, login tokens, and complete subscription links should not be sent as analytics event data.

Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain login sessions, save language preferences, and retain necessary interface settings. Users can manage or clear this data through their browser. Clearing login credentials will sign the user out of the panel, while clearing preferences will restore the relevant settings to their defaults. After using a shared device, sign out of the account and clear locally stored credentials.

Third-Party Payments and Data Disclosure

VPNUPS supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party provider. VPNUPS receives payment results and transaction identifiers needed to verify orders, but does not collect payment account passwords. Third parties may handle transaction data under their own rules. Before paying, verify the recipient details and order amount.

VPNUPS does not sell account details. When disclosure is necessary to verify a payment, deliver the service, or meet applicable legal obligations, only the information relevant to that purpose is provided, and only to the extent necessary. This policy does not describe information collected independently by third-party websites.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account details are retained while the account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order, refund, and dispute records are retained as required for accounting verification and applicable laws. Support ticket and diagnostic data is deleted or de-identified once an issue is resolved and no further review is needed. Usage analytics are kept only for as long as needed for analysis, then deleted or aggregated. Identifiable data is not kept indefinitely.

Users can sign in to the panel and submit requests to access, correct, or delete data through the support ticket portal. VPNUPS will verify account ownership and explain the scope of the request. Deleting an account affects login and subscription delivery. Data related to open orders, disputes, or legal retention obligations can be addressed once those matters are resolved. Data not yet removed from backups is used only for recovery and is cleared as backups are rotated.

Policy Updates and Privacy Questions

Policy changes will be posted on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Material changes to collection purposes, data scope, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the panel. Where consent is legally required, it will be requested separately. Users can ask about specific data-handling practices through a support ticket. Include only the information needed to verify and handle the request. For subscription terms, see the Terms of Service.
